1. Activate your SIM card at Spectrum SIM Platform.

2. Go to Settings > Cellular

3. Tap the "Cellular Data Network"

3. Scroll down to the "APN" section.

4. Tap Access Point Names. If this Tap is greyed out, most likely your phone is locked and you cannot change its SIM card.

5. Tap the + to add New APN

6. Enter the APN name (shown on your package, it is either puffin or data641003)

7. Leave the password and username blank.

8. Once the APN settings are entered, tap "Done" to save the changes.

9. Select your newly added APN profile.

10. Click "Access Point Names" to go back to the previous page.

11. Turn on data roaming and international data roaming because you are using a roaming SIM card. It will NOT increase your cost.

12. Restart your phone to make the new APN effective.
