1. Activate your SIM card at Spectrum SIM Platform.

2. Remove the backcover and the battery. Insert the Nano SIM card into the slot. Pay attention to the orientation of the SIM card. .

3. Put the battery back. Power on the device (The power button is not very sensitive).

4. Keep pressing the button until you see the WiFi password. Write it down and you will need it.

5. Connect your desktop or phone to the T-Mobile hotspot wifi. WiFi name is like Franklin T9.

6. In a browser enter http://mobile.hotspot

7. Login to the browser. The default password is admin. For the first time to use, it may ask you to change the password.

8. Click Settings on the top menu. Then click Mobile Network on the left menu. Then click APN.

8. Click Add button on the new page to add your APN. The APN shows on your SIM card package. It should be puffin.

9. Click Save Changes to save your changes.

Let's check if your device is unlocked or not. Click Settings on the top and then SIM on the left. Did you see the unlocked word? If not, your T-Mobile hotspot is locked. You can contact your device seller for a code to unlock it. Or, you can get one unlocked version from here

10. Click Mobile Settings on the left menu. On the new page, turn on data roaming and auto connect

11. You need to turn off your Franklin hotspot and then turn it on to make the changes effective.
